The owner already has a Firebase account. To grant them owner panel access, paste their Firebase UID below.
How to find the UID: Go to Firebase Console → Authentication → Users, search for the owner's email, and copy the UID (28-character code in the User UID column).
UIDs are 28 characters — letters and numbers only.
